Having shown you understand the problem your reader faces - show them new and undesirable outcomes of not addressing the problem. The goal is to increase the discomfort of the problem. If you have introduced a problem they were unaware of give examples of undesirable outcomes that have affected others.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate ourselves as an authority - without explicitly stating 'we're the best'. If you've introduced a way of dealing with the problem enhance the outcome for people that use us. If you've identified poor solutions that other vendors use - this is the bait and switch where you say, " but we use another approach with a better outcome"

What are some of the positive outcomes for people that use us? Think pleasure, security, reward. Eg: If you want a solution that is going to last then invest in quality, but isn't it satisfying to know that if anything goes wrong we'll be there with you 100% of the way? "
