We installed 24 x 270w Canadian Solar Panels and a 3 phase Fronius Symo 5kw inverter at this home in Carindale. The household had very high energy usage, and limited space on the roof. As there was little daytime usage we put the hot water system onto a relay timer to power through the day when the sun is shining. We ensured the pool pump timer was on during the day and that the energy consumption was close to the energy production of the system.

When the owners come home in the evening the solar system has powered their hot water, filtered the pool and powered their large standby power consumption. A simple and practical solution will maximise their savings.
