Description
Longi Solar
Longi was founded in 2000 in China and is now the worlds larges monocrystalline silicon producer. LONGi has been focused on MONO cells for 18 years. It plans to bring its total power generated per year to 45GW of monocrystalline wafer production capacity. With a large focus on research and development, LONGi is solar is committed to providing better LCOE solutions. It has total assets equaling $5.23 billion. They have factories in China, India and Malaysia which make the LOGi 60PE 300M with a global office in China, Japan, USA and Europe. LONGi has also donated to charity and public welfare.
LONGi 60PE 30oM
The LONGi 60PE 300M is a monocrystalline cell solar panel that includes a 5BB design to improve power output. It uses PERC technology to increase its efficiency. PERC or Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell improve efficiency by offering less resistance against the electrons that create the power and also increasing the reflectiveness of the back of solar cells. including PERC to the 60PE 300M adds very little cost, and instead greatly increases the efficiency. The PERC instead of using a tradition P-type cell uses a variation called the passivation cell, that instead uses a layer of oxidized material and this allows a lot of light to be reflected back out and through the rest of the cell meaning that more energy that has passed through and would otherwise be wasted can instead be absorbed into the cell. These new cell types also allow for higher efficiency in cloud environments. The 60PE has a total of 60 Cells on it and an IP rating of IP67. It also includes a wide range of operational temperatures, going down to -40°C and up to +80°C. The normal operating temperature for this type of cell is 45°C. The 60PE 300M is a high-quality panel.
