GoodWe EHB Hybrid Inverter

The GoodWe EHB is the single phase hybrid inverter we pair with the GoodWe Lynx F G2 battery. It runs your solar panels, the battery and your backup power from one box, and most of the ones we fit are the 9.99 kW model. If you would rather have the inverter and battery in one unit, the GoodWe ESA has its own hybrid inverter built in.

Key Features

  • Three sizes: 9.99 kW (GW9.99K-EHB-AU-G11), the one we fit most, 8.6 kW (GW8.6K-EHB-AU-G11) and 5 kW (GW5K-EHB-AU-G11)
  • Pairs with the GoodWe Lynx F G2 battery: one tower of three to seven 3.2 kWh modules, 9.6 to 22.4 kWh. GoodWe caps a tower at 22.4 kWh on the EHB, so it suits homes that need up to that much storage
  • Charges the battery at up to 10 kW and draws up to 10.5 kW from it on the 9.99 kW model
  • GoodWe rates it for up to 200% solar oversizing: up to 20 kW of panels on the 9.99 kW model
  • Four solar inputs (MPPTs) on the 8.6 and 9.99 kW, three on the 5 kW, so panels can face different directions
  • Switches to backup in under 10 milliseconds when the grid drops out
  • GoodWe smart meter included, plus built-in DC and AC switches and surge protection on both sides
  • IP65 rated and wall mounted
  • Works with GoodWe's HCA G2 EV charger, so the car can charge from your solar, and the lot runs in GoodWe's SEMS+ app
  • All three sizes are on the Clean Energy Council's approved inverter list
  • 10-year GoodWe warranty
