Our STC records, which start in 2017, show UV Power has installed more than 100 AlphaESS batteries, more than 20 BYD batteries and more than 800 Fronius inverters. Owners of all three have contacted our help desk or booked a service call this year.
If we installed your system
Our after-sales team can help with faults and questions on an AlphaESS, BYD or Fronius system we installed. Book a service call or call us on 1300 887 140. It helps to have:
- the brand and model, from the label on the inverter or battery (a photo of the label is ideal)
- what the system is doing, or the code showing on the display or in the app
- roughly when it was installed
If another company installed it
We can check an AlphaESS, BYD or Fronius system that someone else installed the same way as any other solar health check. Book a service call to arrange one.
